"Hotel was clean. It was the smallest room I’ve ever been in. Some of the staff seemed to be a little rude. You’d greet them and they wouldn’t reply. Air-conditioning forget about it. The hotel is hot. None of the rooms have a climate control so according to the outside temperature is what they put it at just wouldn’t stay here again, but if there’s nothing else, yeah stay here."

"Liked the welcome space with free treats, free shuttle to Disney Parks worked great for us, and proximity to Shin Urayasu station made getting other places super easy"

"Our room is newly renovated, with a spectacular view of the the tracks of Seoul station and city skyline of Maranouchi. We can even see Rainbow Bridge from afar. The view is beautiful day and night. The only reason I give it a 4 is because the room is really tight and small and there is a little walk if taking airport limousine or even going to the trains a little inconvenient if you have luggages. Other than that everything is perfect. Laundry is limited first come first serve"

"Fantastic location if looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo yet still very accessible. The amenities are fantastic and the layout of the building, with the restaurant facing the courtyard with trees and water feature, is simply wonderful. The breakfast is excellent, such a huge variety of choices, all thoughtfully and tastefully cooked. Diners have with a choice between Japanese and Western cuisine. I would certainly stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo."
