"Staff is excellent, the breakfast buffet punches well above its weight and can compete with 4/5 star hotels. The only main critique is that the facilities could be further modernized to make it a 4 star resort, but the location is great and the view is nice from lobby."

"Perfect stay!! I had a view of the Tokyo skytree which was a nice surprise!! Room was perfect for me and very clean! Train station is very close with a lot of shops and places to eat. The area is in, Koto City, which is much quieter than the more touristy areas. The train gets you anywhere super quick so it doesn’t really matter that it’s not in the heart of all the touristy things. There’s also an attached pharmacy (think Walgreens vibes) from 9am-11pm for literally anything you need. Great for late night food or relief patches from all the walking 😅 A couple of downsides was the bathroom kind of had a slight funky smell the whole time and the bed is very firm. But despite these two things I would definitely stay here again!"
