"This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. " Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....
