"Though location is great and hotel room is spacious, i booked the room with sky tree view and that’s the only best part of my room. The bed linen is very basic, pillows are not comfy. Very small Japanese bean style. I couldn’t sleep well with 1 or 2 top up pillows!! And there is no proper blanket. They just use the bed cover with bed sheet inside to cover the cover. It doesn’t feel clean since it has been cover ages of the bed!!! It is mentioned to be cleaned room everyday but we came back around 2 or 3 PM to rest, the room was not cleaned yet!!! House keeping not doing job efficiently. The front receptions were not that friendly either. Very robot faces and manners unlike Japanese as usual. They yes treated VIP section and regular customers differently. Basic amenities like ice machine/ microwave are not available here since there are many restaurants inside hotel. I guess that’s the reason why. Overall price is not value when looking at the bedding quality. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Tokyo! We were traveling as a family of 8 (ages 9 to 80), and it was incredibly family-friendly and comfortable for all of us. We booked two rooms, and both were surprisingly spacious—something that’s really hard to find in Tokyo. Each room had a small kitchen, dining table, and four well-oriented, comfortable beds, which made a huge difference for our group. There is a public laundry area in the hotel, which was very convenient. Washing costs around 500 yen, and drying is about 300–400 yen, which worked out really well for our longer stay. The onsen on the top floor was amazing—a true lifesaver for our legs after long days of walking. The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk to the Yamanote Line, with lots of restaurants nearby, a Lawson convenience store, and only an 8-minute walk to Ameyoko Street. The paid breakfast was decent—while the selection wasn’t huge, it had enough variety and was satisfying for our family. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted us with a booking mistake (we accidentally missed a night) and also helped arrange our luggage transfer smoothly. Overall, a fantastic, family-friendly stay—we would definitely come back again!"
