Very good hotel! Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's really easy to take the metro and get there. The rooms are amazing! The beds are really soft

The pictures on expedia didn't match the property I rented. The walls are stained, one room without doors, out dated furniture & stained, not enough dishes for 9 people. It was very central area, safe but is near a hospital so expect to hear ambulances. I’m sure with some paint and new furniture they can get 10 out 10. And they should post the proper pictures, so people don’t feel decieved.

We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer.

We loved our stay at Randor Residence! It was very convenient for our family of five. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train station, convenience stores, laundry facilities, and a great selection of restaurants. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

We stayed in a 8 people room, it's very large and reasonable price. But the washing machine is quite dirty, I can see the clean bag is black and full of dust. Also the pillowcase is also a bit smelly.... But consider the price, it's okay.

It was a great stay at Randor Suites. The bathroom has an automatic filling soaking tub and shower. The room was large and easily accommodated the three adults. The kitchen was small, but usable. The washing machine works, but need to hang dry the clothes. Overall, a good place to stay and for the reasonable price.

The location is very strategic.. situated in between 2 stations within less then 500m away. The 7e and self laundry is just across the street… not to forget the plenty of paid parking spaces around the property…Our 2nd stay here and definitely will come and stay again..

While apartment is spacious and comfortable there were down sides: Property outdated. Train noise 24/7. Towels smell unpleasant. Sofa dirty with numerous stains. Cleaning not thorough, dust found almost everywhere. Draining liner was not replaced or cleaned therefore shower wasn’t draining. No glasses, very limited kitchenware: only one small pan and one huge pot. Staff not looking up from phones/computers when you come in.

Great location! Easy walk to Michiya station with loads of dining and shopping options nearby. A few subway stops away from the heart of Tokyo, far enough to be quiet.Randor was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean. Staff were mostly non-existent but helpfulwhen needed. Id stay here again for sure 😊

The staff were extremely helpful and polite the entirety of the stay. Late checkout of 11:00 was much appreciated and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until we left later in the evening, meaning we could do some last-minute shopping. The rooms were exactly as advertised with no hidden surprises and well maintained, excellent value. I definitely would stay here again if I ever come back to Tokyo in the future.

Hotel for the most part was good. Our room on the other hand, we had some broken windows, no room number on the door, broken curtains, the toilet paper holder needs a little tightening on the screws, the remote for the ac has some crust on it, window sill was dusty, one of the doors had a hole on it, damage to the center devider ,and the projector did not work. We ended up just using our hotel room for storage. I can see lots of potential since the room was very spacious and bus station was right outside the hotel.
