"Great location for exploring Ithaca on a road trip. Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh waffles! Rooms are on the small side but we only slept there so didn't need more."

"Very clean, good looking, sharp and well maintained hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was standard fare with scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, fruits, waffles, cereal, mini muffins and breads. It’s about 0.5 miles from buttermilk falls and less than 2miles from Ithaca commons. Much more reasonable than Ithaca common hotels. Excellent place to stay."

"The rooms were lovely. In addition to a well appointed bathroom, access to a comfortable robe, and luxurious bedding, the room had a settee and a wall of library books which was a lovely touch. The bar was great and had a nice selection. The communal space was welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, breads and pastries, fruits and yogurt as well as locally brewed coffee. The grounds were lovely and you can walk to Buttermilk Falls State Park, but if you want to see the main waterfall (and potentially swim) it is about a 45 minute to a 1 hour walk each way, so something to keep in mind. We had a great time and would stay there again."

"The rooms were clean and the staff at breakfast were helpful. We also happened to be there on a Wednesday when they had a complimentary dinner. It wasn't grand, but it was unexpected and filled our need. All good."
