「We didn’t see any stuff when we arrived at around 7pm as it was contactless check-in. It was clear instruction we received in advance. The room was super clean and kind of a big room. After check-out, we stopped by ice cream store and got free ice cream as hotel guests (free single scoop ice cream for hotel guest)!! Also, location is amazing. 「Overall, excellent. But two issues, one trivial, the other significant. Trivial: meh WiFi, though perhaps ymmv. Significant: no airport shuttle before 6am. Since I booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport for my 6am flight, disappointed. Sure, it's only a 15min walk even dragging a suitcase, but not splendid as the start to a 27hr itinerary.

「Clean and convenient, this property is our go-to when we visit Ithaca. It is affordable. The staff is always friendly and professional. There is a lot of convenient shopping just across the street. I highly recommend.」

Only disappointment was complimentary breakfast buffet from 8 to 10. Get there before 9:30 or you will be scraping scraps from the pans. Attendant looked at them before me, closed the lids and did nothing. What was left was inedible.」
「I booked a night at this hotel as my wife and I were driving back from Canada. We hadn't previously planned on staying in Watkins Glen but thought it would be a nice break in the trip. After reading the reviews I booked The Benjamin and it didn't disappoint. It was a well maintained boutique hotel and nicely centralized for everything in the area. We're hoping to spend more time in Watkins Glen in the future and we'll definitely be staying here.」
