「Enjoyed staying at Hotel Serenella very much. Little bit difficult to get to as it is located in a pedestrian area of Sirmione, but worth the effort. The pool was great, and liked having both breakfast and drinks in the garden. Walked to restaurants and the ferry. Sara was amazing. She helped us with transportation to Verona during the rail strike which relieved our stress and allowed us to enjoy our time. 」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Charming hotel which has it's quirks but that's all part of the experience with fantastic staff who made us feel very welcome and satisfied. The view was fabulous and the food was terrific and the staff were brilliant. The road up to the hotel is not for the faint hearted (Strada da Valmara) so take their advice on how to reach the property if you are not very confident with mountain roads. 」
