「Bij binnenkomst was er een zeer nette lobby. Het uiterst vriendelijke personeel gaf ons de optie eerder in te checken (tegen kleine betaling). We werden verwelkomt met een zeer nette kamer. De kamer oogde heel netjes, ik miste alleen een koelkast. Verder was de badkamer schoon, alleen zaten er een paar zwarte plekjes in de douche. 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.」

There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. 「Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles...

「Sehr freundliches Personal, Preiswerte Parkplätze im privaten Parkhaus befinden sich in Laufnähe. Die Zimmer mit Seeblick sind in die Jahre gekommen und tagsüber in praller Sonne. Wir buchten ein renovierte Zimmer hinten raus allerdings gibt es unterschiedliche Zimmergrössen. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer (3Bett). Abends kann man sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und einen Drink genießen, In die Stadt es auch nicht weit.」
