"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent! The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...

"Birds are out of hand- very noisy,bird poop all over, fishy smell, bathroom has a sewer smell, bed was broken, mattress sinks in the middle, pillows extremely hard/thick, room was not available in main tower. Great staff in the restaurants, Roberto and J.C amazing service. Very dated furniture."

"The resort was very clean and always a friendly employee nearby to serve. The pools were nice and there was constant access to food :) Our only setback was that we were unaware of the daily schedule of what the hotel offered their guests at no extra charge, so we missed out on the paddle boarding & boat tours, etc. But it was a great family trip & we had a wonderful time!"

"What a great time! Great food, especially the seafood. Loved that they had swim up bars so close to the rooms! Loved that the beach was just a short walk. Loved the staff. They were all so helpful and welcoming.(Especially Avid and Christian) Would totally go again even when June weather is considered an “off season”. There was seaweed but not as much as TikTok videos seem to highlight like at the more southern resorts."

"The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. We only had the chance to try one restaurant, Caracol, and the food there was very good. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the buffet very much. The dining area was quite small, very hot, and there were often long lines. There was also a strong sulfur smell around the property, possibly due to the seaweed. We travel to Mexico frequently, and compared to other resorts, the food was not one of the highlights of this hotel. The beach area is rather small, and the music around the pool was extremely loud. However, it was still a nice place to relax on the beach. The water was much darker than at other resorts we have visited. The resort also felt somewhat crowded and compact. We did not like the restaurant reservation system since it is not available through the app. This makes it difficult to get reservations, especially if you are staying for only a short time. On a positive note, the evening shows were very good and entertaining, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay."
