"Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I understand they don’t set the rates. But at £90 (including discount) it cost a pound extra than the room I regularly use in nearby Shipley, which isn’t exactly the Ritz, but it’s miles ahead of this. "

"Staff were great, especially Zoe. Location was central and was quiet. Rooms were quite dated and we had to switch rooms, but after that, everything was great."
"Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue.
Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door."
