"Stayed for 2 nights. Was easy to check in & given carpark information. Room was clean & what we expected. Did have to ask for more coffee for second day as wasn’t filled when room was cleaned but this was done very quickly. Overall great stay & would tell anyone else going to Leeds to stay there."

"Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location?
