Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. I'm an elderly Mancunian who emigrated to the USA many years ago. My husband and I wanted a central location in England to visit my family and old friends. Saco Piccadilly was perfect for our needs. We had a Britrail pass and were able to see everyone comparatively easily during our 11 day stay. Piccadilly station is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel and is an excellent modern facility.
