"Great room, beautiful breakfast. Check in was a bit hectic as there were 2 people complaining about things that hadn’t been rectified before the rush at 4pm. Felt like our check in was rushed and not much info was given (eg use key card in lift, breakfast times, how to reserve a breakfast time etc). Shampoo, shower gel and handwash really good stuff, could’ve done with a conditioner but no big deal. Hairdryer was great! Overall fantastic stay, just knocked a star off due to check in. "

"Easy check in service, amenities were good , place clean , great location to transport. Issues : Bathroom has no safety handle bars , being a tub and easy to slip fall , my relative actually did sustain a fall but was thankfully ok . Lack of an elevator is a bit problematic especially going up 2-3 flights of stairs with large luggage All in all would stay again and definitely recommend "

"This hotel is in a very convenient location (for Uni graduation ) and offers a good accommodation option. It was.bit basic As didn’t even have a mirror in bedroom Or bathroom or working Wi-Fi but team suppport at the property was very helpful and supportive. "
