「Clean tidy close to amenities well priced」

「Was basically and okay. But extremely affordable. Restaurant food was pretty good!」

「Definitely visiting next time」

「Lovely hotel with free parking and a bus stop across. 12 mins into the city centre Friendly staff Great breakfast Spacious rooms Little disappointed as only 1 tea bag and 1 pk of biscuits on arrival. This could be rectified easy by going to reception but just a little inconvenient at the time Overall a good stay and would recommend」

「Ashley is always super helpful…just as if he were your family member. This hotel building is charming but does not have a lift. However you don’t have to carry your bag. The staff carry it right away without demanding any tip. Sorry I am from a country of no tips so I totally forgot to leave tips. This hotel is located within walking distance from/to the Shipley Station and Salts area and in front of a nice little park. Everyone especially Ashley give you such an uplifting encouragement. A...

「Very good location and room. However the breakfast fell short of expectations.」

「Outstanding hotel. A real surprise and gem. Fabulous staff.」

「The best thing about the Mercure was the staff! Every single member was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel has two wings and one side seems newly refurbished and the other seems rather tired and a bit jaded, but the standards were equally high in both. The food was very good, although the evening meal menu was limited choice the presentation and quality was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice in juices, cereals, hot cooked food, toast and croissants.」
