Sheets were clean, bed was comfy & bathroom was spotless! It was just somewhere to lay our heads for the night, so under £100 for York in the middle of summer was a bargain 👌"

"Charming rooms, delicious breakfast, and a2 minute walk across a parking lot to the BPM. They even arranged off street parking for our car. I'll stay there the next time I go back."

"Really relaxed vibe and Jack was a great host. The ‘help yourself’ breakfast was a great idea and the little things like, have a bottle of water out of the fridge, went a long way. Room was clean, light and airy. Had everything you could possibly want eg posh coffee maker etc, bottles of water/fizzy drink. Jack made some lovely recommendations for places to see/eat/visit and we can highly recommend The Plough Inn and Jorvine too! Will return for another visit!"
