"It was an amazing place to stay, and we really had a great time there. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was incredible and very easy parking. I would definitely hope to stay again."

"The room was lovely and spacious and clean, had everything you needed. The bed was super comfy with lovely soft bedding. The bathroom was amazing, lovely big space with both a walk in shower and roll top bath. The bath takes a long time to fill but it’s absolutely worth it. The host was so friendly and attentive, went absolutely above and beyond and catered to my dairy allergy. Would not hesitate to rebook if I return to the area in future"

"Parking was a bonus - cheap and cheerful, clean with an abundance of tea/coffee if required. Fridge in the room plus a fan which was definitely needed. Sheets were clean, bed was comfy & bathroom was spotless! It was just somewhere to lay our heads for the night, so under £100 for York in the middle of summer was a bargain 👌"
