If you are attending an event at the Harrogate Convention Centre then the location could not be better. Literally across the road from the main entrance!

The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days.

Kim couldn’t have been more helpful, providing me with everything I needed to make my short stay in Harrogate as comfortable as possible, including a free upgrade to a double room. Really great value for money and very convenient for the convention centre and Harrogate town. L book again.

Absolutely wonderful accomodation. Comfortable bed, clean amenities, exceptionally cosy. Check in was easy, with info forwarded the morning of, so we could just get in, get the keys, and be on with our day. The proprietor let us check out later for a good price as my partner was unwell and needed extra time to recover. We appreciate the exceptional hospitality.

Convenient hotel

Great location. Didn’t have breakfast - plenty of places nearby. Arc is not trying to be luxurious but clean and tidy and convenient. Harrogate is a lovely place for a break.

Nice stay at the Arc. Kim is a friendly host. Room was a little cold but a supplementary heater was provided which made it cosier. Recommend it for access to central Harrogate. Bars and restaurants all close by. Parking was a bit difficult and Limited to on street but limited by a permit from the establishment.

Fantastic in every way.

The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on. The communal areas were also spotlessly clean. It is perfect for the Harrogate International Convention Centre being directly across the road. I cannot fault this place at all and would definitely go back. They deserve the business and they deserve a recommendation.

Perfect stay. Kim couldn't do enough; I was checking in late Saturday for a conference and Kim was receptive and made the process smooth and easy. Couldn't ask for a better location for the convention centre, directly across the road! The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent, the stay served it's purpose exactly as required. Would happily stay here again for a future conference.
