「Just received 2 parking fines despite the tablet to register on not working when I checked in and being assured this would be taken care of! So on top of a half made bed and the 40 minute wait in the restaurant during my stay and having to go elsewhere to eat I would say this was a disaster! To top it off no one appears to answer the phone or deal with anything related to customer service issues. Very disappointed」

「Lovely hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms. And the pool and spa were great.」

「Very quiet and spacious. Sleep was great, with a good selection of pillows.」

「Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room.」

「We only crashed here for one night but very efficient check-in, plenty of parking, room was absolutely fine, what you would expect from 4* conference hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good in a relatively plush restaurant.」

「Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay.」

「Stayed with my son and daughter. Very comfortable stay with new building, equipments and so on. Design and atmosphere is like Disneyland but more natural and wild.」

「We enjoyed good stay!」

「Great location, clean and well-furnished room and very helpful staff members. My regular hotel in Coventry.」
