「My partner and I do a fair amount of city breaks for various gigs. I am not usually one to review anywhere we have stayed but I just had to with this hotel.
The room was lovely
The bed was really BIG and comfortable.
The shower was fantastic
The hotel was spotless
The complimentary bath products were really nice, plenty of shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner.
The room (we had 306) was lovely and quiet, something we really didn't expect.
Air con worked wonderfully as it was extremely muggy...
「In our room the toilet brush was missing, and the shower "microphone" was fixed at the top and not removable and therefore not very functional for a complete body cleaning.
The staff at the facility were very friendly and efficient.」
「It is a very nice facility. While most apartments have no front desks like this, there is one here. I could ask the guy at the front desk (which combines a shop) how to check-in. Our apartment was clean, warm, and well-kept. 」
「Terrific location for attending a gig at the Park. Very kindly and helpful staff, very good atmosphere all round. Comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast included was satisfying, and with a 20% client discount it was definitely worth eating there late afternoon. Easy links into London for travel. Would absolutely stay there again.」

"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special.
Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.
