"I booked a villa with private pool on the beachfront, I got a studio on the 11th floor. I booked at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas and ended up at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas & Resort and in the highrise resort part. Not sure if I've been "ripped" by Expedia or by Vinpearl. All info from Expedia shows that I was in a ground level room/villa of a facility that was only 1 level. So, so disappointed. "Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area. "
