I used the workout facility, it was very clean, and had great equipment. The pool was crystal clear and very clean. The staff catered to all our needs. We will stay here again."

"Beautiful, well managed hotel with very service minded staff. A little bit offside from the busy Nah Trang city centre, but if you are looking for accommodation with peace and quiet this is it. Full size gym, big pool and a couple of minutes to the beach. I felt right at home."

"First of all, the hotel employees should take sanitary education classes immediately. I saw the employees in the restaurants do not clean the tablecloth after customers used. They just swing it and put it again on the table. They may not wash the tablecloth for a week or longer. I also saw a lifeguard on the poolside wash his foot by putting his foot into the pool. "The rooms are very spacious, but seem to waste a lot of space. For example, the kitchen looks nice, but isn't really functional. The property is very clean and well kept. The check in process took a very long time for us and we didn't receive information on amenities. The manager did get involved and try to do everything he could to make things right for us."

"The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections. Very much the same for every morning. Beside the breakfast buffet, the restaurant food is very pricey, too expensive. The hotel is very pretty, super clean, the beached has crystal clear water, sand beach. It is fun to swim and do some sport activities on the beach. Safeguard is always on duty. It is safe to swim. Staff are nice, polite and provide excellent service. "
