Really nice hotel, very beautiful. The hotel is quite a way from nha Trang so can’t really walk anywhere but there is a free bus from the hotel (at 11am and 3pm), although we did find these times a little inconvenient so tended to get a grab or you can get the number 23 VinBus (download their app) from Ana marina down the road. The food at the hotel was good, however eating dinner there was expensive so we often ordered grab or went in to nha Trang. Overall, a very nice place to relax and chill.

Stayed here for a hot second - 2 nights. I was sick the first night from street food in Saigon so unfortunately couldn’t enjoy more of this stunning resort. It’s perfect. Everything about it; location, beach, food, staff, rooms are lovely with very comfortable bedding and bed. I can’t say enough great things about this resort! Wish I had more time here and will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone! Don’t hesitate - book it! It won’t disappoint!

It was a wonderful experience in Nha Trang. The resort was fantastic, pools and beach was great. Their white sand beach was a paradise, the mos beautiful beach in Nha Trang. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. You had endless options to choose, very rich buffet with tropical fruits, juices and smoothies. The city was 7 km away, but there were a shuttle bus although we used taxis all the time (it costs from 3€ -5€). For extra charge they did decorate our room, for my birthday and they did a great job. I loved it. Overall a super experience in Nga trang.

Impersonal

It is what you would expect from a large resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffets were huge and delicious. If this is what you like on vacation this is your place. The beach was great but the pools were very hot and not refreshing in the heat. The personal touches in large hotels are hard to come by. Unfortunately, during our stay here we visited Monkey Island where someone in our family was scratched by a monkey and we had to go to the emergency room. We approached the front desk and they helped us find a hospital but that is where it ended. No one checked to see we had what we needed upon returning. They did not check on the family member or inquire if we needed help locating bandage supplies or medicine. It all felt very impersonal.

Beautiful property , great customer service , staff amazing . The only negative was false advertising for room category and Expedia VIP status (Perks) weren’t honored upon checking.
