The room needs some improvement; the windows need regulation to stop the wheezing sound of the wind, the washroom smelled sewage and there was no fan. I dont think the rooms were being cleaned properly; stains on the carpet, on the chairs. The hotel needs additional restaurants other than the existing ones. The staff of the main restaurant are very good and helpful especially Hang and Quyen with their beautiful smile and knowledge of English. Overall just good stay. Not competent for 5 star hotel.

I spent a weekend with my son at the resort and had a lovely time, the accommodation is of a very good standard, very large and comfortable room, well equipped. The beach was peaceful, leisure facilities were plentiful, the swimming pools were clean. The food was good, great variety of dishes on the buffet. The staff were of a high degree of professionalism and absolutely amazing, friendly and very attentive. One downside was the litter on the beach (plastic bottles, polystyrene, etc) with nowhere to dispose of it.

We had a beach villa with private pool and the stay was excellent. Great place to relax with a very nice beach in front. There is nothing else around, so make sure you only come to relax and enjoy the hotel.

The lobby makes a great first impression. Spacious, clean and helpful check in staff (shout out to Anh at reception for her help and friendliness). The Christmas decorations were being set up and the finished scene was so beautiful. See pic of giant gingerbread house. Room well stocked and had a lovely view of the grounds/ocean. The landscaping and pool were well kept and the towels fluffy and clean. The property is beside the Movenpik and you can freely walk between both properties and enjoy their restaurants and Beach bars. There are plenty of loungers (both covered and/or out in the open sun if you prefer) There is a daily shuttle to take you into Nha Trang which we took advantage of to see the city. Lots to do and see there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the Radisson blu to travelers. There is only one thing I would like to see at resorts as we travel through Vietnam.... as a non smoker, it would be nice to have some designated "smoking only' areas, (specifically at the outdoor eating areas at restaurants). That way, everyone gets to enjoy their meals. Sent from my Galaxy

Nice resort which is closed to Cam Ranh airport. However, it’s 35 to 40 minutes away from the city, the shuttle service is limited twice per day from the resort to the city and only one time from the city back to the resort. The breakfast buffet was so so, it could be improved. The beach was very nice but we could not swim there due to high current and very stiff shoreline. I had to walk to the resort next door to swim. The hot steam and sauna area are very cleaned and not so crowded. I enjoyed it very much.

Great Stay at Radisson Blu Cam Ranh! Me and my husband had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Cam Ranh. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful ocean views and well-kept, modern rooms. Only a few details could have been improved (fridge was not plugged in, shower corners could have been cleaned more thoroughly, here and there a few spider webs) but overall it was really great! The beds are super cozy too. What really made the experience special was the staff, especially Ngoc and My. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The pool, gym, and dining options were all excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh, local and international dishes. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some luxury. I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back anytime.

Stayed in the two-bedroom ocean view villa. Cons: Daughter got a piece of the pool tile in her foot. Told the front desk, the only thing they said was sorry for the inconvenience. A dinner glass broke in her mouth. She had to spit it out on the table. Lots of maintenance issues: pool was dirty, espresso machine didn’t work, two of the three showers weren’t working. Chef came up to the table to ask how the food was. SE Asian food was pretty good, western was always off the mark. I’m not sure of the hotel manages the beach much as there was a lot of trash. Pros: Maintenance was quick to response to the first initial issues. Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive. Kids club was wonderful and the woman working there was amazing towards kids.

Nice hotel, good staff, but some improvements

We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel to really demonstrate their customer care in addition to their usual good service but it didn't seem like it occurred to the staff to ask us about our stay. Also, putting on more busses to and from nha trang would be really useful for guests too.

Need to do better

Could be so good but so much needs to improve! We upgraded to a villa with private pool which was well worth the money however we had to call reception 3 times the day we checked in as they were doing building work next door and all we could hear was constant drilling and banging! This wasn’t acceptable! The beach bar was closed! There was literally nothing open and just one restaurant, for this size of hotel you want more! Broken taps, locked safe, a lot less outdoor furniture than our friends for villas down, reception rarely answered when you called them. Such a shame as could be so good. They could have a lovely bar on the grass under the palm trees with an amazing view. Exec lounge was not great and again could be so much better

Honestly, the place is decent enough, but it's very clear that the Resort is both understaffed and overworked (not the fault by any means of the employees, they're quite lovely and helpful), and the resort is doing everything it can to try and get you to buy things that are significantly more expensive than they need to be. I was very frustrated by the lack of reasonably priced food options - it's Vietnam - I shouldn't need to spend $40 on a meal because there's only one restaurant open in the resort and room service is about the same price. It's ridiculous. The villa with the pool I stayed in was quite nice, and I really enjoyed having a private pool / the privacy of having a villa. But for the price paid, I felt that it wasn't really worth the money. I don't regret my stay, but I wouldn't look to stay here again. I'll also add that the breakfast buffet gave me severe food poisoning, for which I've now been five days on antibiotics for. I'm not trying to complain or gripe, but again, for the price paid, I shouldn't have gotten this sick. I'm sure other resorts have similar problems, and I'm not angry or upset about it (honestly it's SE Asia, it happens), but I shouldn't be spending a lot of money and then also be frustrated with the food / get sick from it. They can do better, and aren't. 7/10 overall.

The resort is beautiful, they had welcome drinks and fruits set out every day , that really give it a nice touch.
