"The lodge was absolutely wonderful. We honestly had not slept as well as we did at the lodge anywhere else in Japan. Not sure if it was the mountain air, the onsen, or the large rooms that allowed us to settle in and spread out. The hospitality was incredible; the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, including by providing a bountiful breakfast each morning. My husband and I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!"

"Great service! Location: This Toyoko Inn is further away from the station than the other Toyoko Inn south exit, but the hotel was super kind and provided a free shuttle to (A.M.) and from (P.M.) the station. However, even if one were to walk, it’s just 10 min. Area nearby has a couple of restaurants so it was pretty convenient. Cleanliness/rooms: Clean and comfortable, as per Toyoko Inn standard. The only gripe is that the mattress and pillow were slightly too hard for my liking, but that’s a personal preference. Amenities: Breakfast was lovely with coffee service up to 10am. There is a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby "
