"Helpful staff"

"It’s clean, it’s easy to get to, and has a really decent gym. Bathroom is great, has good lighting for makeup application, and the room itself is huge for Japan. Dislikes: - None of the rooms have windows that open. - You can’t set the AC below 20 C (about 68 F or so) Basically, if you run warm, you don’t want to stay here. The hotel will deliver an electric fan to your room if you request it, but it helped only a bit. I kept waking up hot as heck in the middle of the night. The mattress is super firm, which I as surprised by since it’s a Hyatt chain. The last hotel I stayed at in Osaka was a Japanese chain and their mattresses were amazing. Really nothing much to complain about other than that. "

"The location is 15 mins walk from Kanazawa station, but very close to the Onicho Market and of walkable distance to a lot of places of interest. Room was compact "
