Highly recommend Intergate Kanazawa! It is located within walking distance to Omicho Market and near bus stops that bring you to tourist attractions in Kanazawa. The staff are warm and hospitable, the breakfast selection is amazing and we especially loved the snacks and coffee provided throughout the day including Happy Hour cocktails and Late night ochazuke. The onsen within the hotel was especially appreciated since it was winter. The onsen facilities are clean and modern, and the hotel provides tattoo stickers for anyone who needs it. The rooms are spacious and clean! Would definitely stay at Intergate Kanazawa if I visit Kanazawa again!

Thank you for a very comfortable visit. Staff were lovely and very friendly. They helped us send our luggage via Yamato luggage forwarding for the first time without any issues. We enjoyed the space and the bathhouse which was quite standard compared to other hotel bathhouses we visited.

Hotel stuffs are amazing, speaking good English, communicating well and very friendly and nice. Rooms r clean, we will come back to stay here if we r at Kanazawa again in near future. 👍

Relax in Kanazawa

Excellent place to stay, very roomy room, staff pleasant, afternoon snacks & drink very welcomed. Not too many places to dine, but one at kitty corner was very good and pleasant.

The lounge use and the continuous provision of snacks and drinks throughout the day was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and assiduous, especially Nicole S. who helped us arrange for a delivery of a forgotten item from our last hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and their excellent team.

1. Very spacious room so we need not bump into each other all the time (like the hotel we stayed in Tokyo and now in Takayama)! 2. Staff extremely helpful and cheery at all times. 3. Snacks and refreshments throughout the day in the lobby lounge - such a thoughtful gesture and showed much care for guests.
