"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Forza Kanazawa! The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and bedding cozy. There was a wall bench that allowed us to enjoy our snacks when in the room. The bathroom had a separate room for the toilet, which is so convenient for all of us to get ready at the same time and get out the door. The shower was amazing with a shower head, rain shower head, and additional sprays for a spa like experience. Leg/Foot massager was a bonus after a long day of walking. Amenities include the usual toiletries supplies, but also coffee station, and one welcome alcoholic drinks for each adult. Staff were friendly and so helpful, making checking in and out and storing luggage easy and seamless. Location was also great. About 10 minutes from Kanazawa station, and 5-20 minutes from other attractions like Omicho market, Kanazawa castle, Higashi Chaya district, ect."
