They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "Great amenities, staff, room, and bathroom with a bathtub. However, the breakfast was not as good as I expected. I stayed for two nights and the food was exactly the same both days, with a rather heavy taste."
"The hotel is a short walk from the train station, very convenient. When I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the lobby. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The room was on the 28th floor, with an excellent view of the city. It was very spacious, with great facilities. I had dinner at the Garden House & the buffet was amazing. If I ever get back to Kanazawa again, I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!"
