For those who are new to Japan, this is the next bullet train (Shinkansen) station after Tokyo, so a very nice station area, full of restaurants and shopping. The location needs to make sense to your schedule to work- I have a large customer nearby, so very convenient. Very clean room, great view, staff is friendly, and many restaurants all around. Great hotel for business travelers!"

"A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a minimum they could give. Beyond any doubt it was the worst breakfast out of six hotels I have stayed in during my trip in Japan. "
