チェックインが遅くなりましたが快く対応していただきました。ホテル周辺は楽天電波が非常に弱くコンビニでもペイぎ使えないなどありました。ホテル自体はなんの問題も無く気持ちよく使わせていただきました。

チェックインの時の、フロントの対応が　悪い。　駐車場の地図を渡されただけで、どこでも止めて下さいと言われたが、無料や割引チケットなどもない。朝食は　和食と書いてあるが、品数も少なくあまり美味しくなかった。

もう少し環境配慮を

入室時から冷房が入っており、且つ古いオフと風量のみのスイッチ。寒すぎてすぐ消したが外気温も低いので、部屋はギンギンに冷えており、結局　翌朝風邪を引いてしまった。

両側がビルになっているので窓からの視界はないが外の音が入らないので部屋は静かな環境。設備と清掃状態に不満はないが、時計の電源が入っていない、照明のスイッチがひとつ外れていて指をつっこまないと照明がつかない。私には許容範囲。部屋に電子レンジがあるので部屋食には便利。エアコンは温度設定はできず風量を調節するタイプで快適な状態にできた。

最低水準のリブマックスホテル

平塚駅前という名称ですが、駅から距離があります。テレビは地上波のみでBSのサービスがありません。部屋の中の照明のランプの明るさが十分でなく、部屋が暗いです。また、、各部屋にエアコンがなく、セントラルタイプなので、温度の調整が難しいです。おそらく、別のホテルをリブマックスに改装したものと思われますが、その改装がリブマックスの水準にないです。そして、リブマックスのチェーンなので、アメニティが少ないので、その印象もよくないです。　リブマックスのチェーンは各地利用してきましたが、リブマックスの中では最低の水準にあると評価します。
