"Wonderful stay! Our friends were late in arriving and they held dinner for them. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. The staff speaks limited English but worked hard to make everything perfect for our stay. I would recommend staying 2 nights to really experience Kinosake Onsen."

The location was ideal... and at every turn, there was someone there to help us learn about the town, navigating the spa houses and making sure we had a snack or beverage if we ever needed it. This place is a magical gem and well-worth every penny."
