There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. "I cannot recommend the The Base House Kinosaki enough. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Host of the property was fantastic. He was gracious, courteous, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond at all times. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and texts right away.
