"大浴場に行くのに階段を使わないと行けないのが高齢者にはきついです。エスカレーターの設置または昇降機があれば良いのですが。"

"Excellent rooms, staff and food. Will come back soon"

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. "蛍がたくさん見れました。"

"The staff was very accommodating. There aren't any restaurants around, so including meals with your reservation is highly recommended. "

"ただのラブホです 直接取ったほうが安いですよ。倍取られます。"

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

"great onsen hotel"

"Comfortable bed and very good breakfast buffet. "
