very modern design, very comfy and clean. perfect location, love the yukata.
Amazing stay at this hotel! The staff from the doorman who helps with the luggages, to the check-in reception and the staff who serve our elaborate kaiseki dinner and breakfast (though all with very little spoken English), are polite and all out to help. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the street ...
Very good service staff. Nice location. Traditional Japanese
Kinosaki is a picturesque town with a canal running through it. I would rate Nishimuraya Honkan as one of the top ryokans I have visited. Up there with Gero Onsen Ryokan and Arashiyama's Togetsutei. I rate the Hotel, Staff and food as 5 star. Our room assistant, Natsumi, was always cheerful and helpful. ...
It’s relatively central to all the onsen and most importantly the hosts are very helpful and concern if your well being
Nice Hotel and good food
Great Stay. Onsen/Ryokan experience was very interesting...
Was central in the town and we were lucky enough to have a room facing the waterway. 3 of us shared the room which had its own facilities. We slept in the traditional Japanese manner. Do not think there are any western style beds available.
Its rather plain facility. Clean and kind staff, but facility itself is a concrete building. If wanting an authentic japanese experience, not recommended. But otherwise nice friendly staff with good food
