「Amazing views and large rooms for the value」

「Staff was very helpful and friendly but the rooms were a little run down and in need of a major upgrade especially the wood items.」

「Very cute and updated waterside themed rooms. The building and facilities were immaculate. They have tried to make note of everything and it runs very efficiently even when arriving during hours when not staffed. I really liked this hotel.」

「Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. 」

「 Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. 「Feel this property was up to Stay America standards. We’ve stayed at other properties which provide coffee and other grab and go breakfast items at their locations and were disappointed to find it was not available at this location. The shower curtain was missing I our room and was never provided when we reported it. The floor by the beds could have been cleaner.」

「Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back.
