「Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. 」

「Checkin was easy and quick. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The main issue i had with my stay is that the windows on the stret side seem to be made of plastic wrap or something. Every car, bus, truc and bicycle could be heard driving buy and sitting at the light. I have never been in such a noisy room. Bring earplugs just in case you happen to be on the street side. Unfortunately this is enough for me to not return to this hotel」

「Nice room but hard to get into the hotel drive from highway without a u turn. One bad thing is there is not a convent outlet on both sides of the bed, only on the one side and had a hard time plugging in a CPAP machine on each side」

「The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests 」

「Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay. Expedia - I expect better from you -」

「The hotel was clean and staff was nice. When I travel I get hotels with breakfast included. They said they had breakfast which the guy the checked us in said there would be eggs, yougurt, muffins, oatmeal. When i came down at 7 there was only oatmeal and muffins. They had no bowls or silverware for oatmeal or hot water to use on oatmeal. Came back down at 8 same thing was disappointed in false advertisement」

「We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I...
