「一棟のコンドミニアムで、静粛で快適でした。またバーベキューグリルも使えプールサイドでバーベキューを楽しむことができました」

「海に面しており、岩に砕ける波の音で眠れないほどです笑。景色、特にサンセットは秀逸です。プール下の海には海亀がいました。施設は古いので、不潔ではないですがそれなりの劣化はあるので、承知して泊まることをお勧めします。1番困ったのはフロント対応が土日全くの不在ということです。連絡先は教えてくれますが、英語に不慣れなものには不便極まりなかったです。けど、フロントの方は親切です。ポイプビーチには歩いていけます。ちなみに、プールは深く、ほとんど足がつかないので、子供には不向きです。また照明設備がないのでプールは日没でクローズでした。」

「チェックインしようとしたらオフィスらしき建物は閉まっていて電話してという貼り紙がドアにあっただけ。通りすがりの親切な方が電話してくれて部屋に入ることが出来た。次の日チェックインしようとしたらフロントが敷地内になく仕方なく電話したらポイプショアーズにあるとのこと。チェックインの必要はないようだったが、部屋のディスポーザーが壊れてたりセイフティボックスの鍵がなかったりしたので言いに行った。その時クリーンフィーを払ったが、冷蔵庫にはトマトが残ってたりタオルが足りなかったりでちゃんと掃除したのか疑問。ディスポーザーがなおったのは3日後、セイフティボックスの鍵はもらえずじまい。日本から行っているので自分たちの電話は使いたくない。電話を用意しておくかフロントの地図を張っておいて欲しかった。 部屋は広くて風通しがよく居心地良かったので残念。」

「My husband and I had a wonderful time at West's studio in Princeville! We were on the island for a week, and this was the perfect spot for a couple. The studio was very clean and well stocked for a week at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, and coolers West has for guests to use. The outdoor kitchen was also great and very well stocked for a VRBO (I've made many a vacation meal with far fewer utensils and cooking implements). The sink is inside, which you...

「Janet was very communicative and accommodating (she let us check in a bit early!). The condo is just as listed and described: not a lot of bells and whistles, but it had everything you needed as a home base. We appreciated the fan, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the lanai. Parking wasn’t too bad (permit was provided), and it was easy to get around - very close to a Foodland as well as other eats.」

「Our stay was memorable for the parents, kids and grandma. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times.」

「This is a great unit located in North Kauai. Very comfortable and well supplied. Amazing ocean views. We will definitely look forward to returning to this beautiful location.」

「Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners.」

「Repairs need to be done. Tighten kitchen sink faucet. 2 bathroom you should not have to hold handle to flush toilet. 2 bedroom the dimmer switch was broken. The floor was not clean. I do not no how long it had been since someone cleaned under bed in master bedroom. The cabinet that the trash was in was very loose so my husband tightened that so it did not break. It was a wonderful time with family. I did think three bedrooms that each room had its own bathroom and one did not. Overall great time...

「This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.」

「The condo was perfect for our stay! Two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, one and a half baths including a full size washer and dryer; and great living room area with two couches and 4 barstools - plenty of room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything -- sand toys for kids, boogie boards, pool floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler -- the works! We had family at a neighboring resort and it was great when other cousins wandered over to hang out and they could chat and they...

「We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! 「This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!」

「セーフティボックスありとなっていたが、滞在した部屋にはなかった（探し回ったが見つけられなかった）。一台あたりの駐車スペースが狭く停めづらい。ビーチタオル交換の説明がなかった（説明書になし）。土日はフロントが休みで連絡先は知らされているが、英語の連絡はハードルが高く、相談出来なかった。景観は素晴らしいが、海岸の岩に打ち付ける波の音が想像以上で（これはホテルの問題ではない）、あらかじめ覚悟が必要。砕ける波、沈む夕日、目の前の海に浮かぶ海亀、楽しみはいっぱいあるので、音が気になる人は耳栓を持参して、このホテルを楽しんでほしい。ポイプビーチまでは歩いて行くのも可能。」

「窓から海が見える部屋で、リゾートライフを満喫できました。Poipu Shopping Villageまで徒歩で行けるので便利。キッチンの道具も一通り揃っています。昔からあるコンドミニアムなので古いけど、のんびり滞在して、ビーチを楽しみたい私たちの旅にはピッタリでした。 」
