The Cliffs Resort charges a $15 parking fee per vehicle per night. We have included the charge for one vehicle in our nightly rate, so you don’t have to pay it at check-in.

From the moment you enter Cliffs 6302 and see the breathtaking ocean front view, you will feel the stress melting away. Relax on the ocean front lanai or the very private lanai off the master bedroom. Watch the migrating whales (Nov to April) and enjoy the year-round antics of roosters, Nene (Hawaiian geese), albatross, cardinals and other birds on the green belt below the condo.

This stylishly decorated 2Br/2bath condo includes updated kitchen and master bath, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, 3 flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray DVD players, combination CD player, AM & FM Band radio & Bluetooth capable, binoculars, entertainment center and luxury Tommy Bahama linens. Washer/dryer, Smart TV’s allow for the use of your streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Free WiFi and telephone to mainland are also provided.

The full kitchen has everything you need and gas grills are steps from the condo. Go deep sea fishing or one of our fine fish markets and grill your catch for dinner. There are also 2 well-stocked supermarkets in Princeville, Kilauea and Hanalei.

Master bedroom with ensuite walk in shower has a lovely, very private, lanai surrounded by tropical trees inhabited by birds who serenade you each morning. There is a second bath in the living area and two queen beds in the upstairs loft. A new sofa bed in the living room provides another sleeping option. Very comfortable for 4-6 guests.

All the comforts of home with all of the amenities of a top notch resort: swimming pools, hot tubs, a practice putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and playground for the small fry. The Cliffs has one of the best activities director/concierge who can assist with any need.

You never have to leave the resort (except for food!), but there are great shops and restaurants to explore in both Princeville Center, Kilauea Market Center and Hanalei. Go a little farther to Opakapaka Grill & Bar and beaches on a north beach (Kapuhi Beach) or east toward Kealie Beach & Kapa'a. We provide everything you need for a great day at nearby Hanalei Bay, Black Pot, Annini, Kalihiwai beach or many other beaches a short drive away: sun umbrella, sand chairs, boogie boards, mats, towels, coolers and other toys. Is golf your game? The beautiful Makai course is 5 minutes away.

Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three inside ceiling fans, two outdoor fans on the lanais, floor fans, as well as trade winds, cool our hale.

This was our 2nd time staying at Charlene and Roger’s unit and we always enjoy the fabulous accommodations and spectacular views from the lanai. It’s comfortable, clean and Charlene and Roger are excellent hosts who pay attention to details to ensure your stay is top notch. We feel the north shore is the best place to stay on the island in the summer time because there are the most beautiful beaches, hikes and the town of Hanalei is lovely. We will keep coming to Kauai and book with Charlene and Roger again I am sure.

Great vacation stay

We had a great time at this condo in Princeville. The location was amazing - with great views of the ocean and lots of benches/chairs in the back to watch sunrise and sunsets. It never felt too hot with the glass doors open and fans running. We would definitely want to come back to this condo!

Kauai the Garden Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Cliffs. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular rain or shine!! The condo is welcoming, kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the location is close to many great restaurants. The pool and hot tubs are lovely!!! The hosts are wonderful and communication was very helpful!!

One of our favourite spots

It was our second stay at Roger and Charlene’s hale with our family (parents and teens) and we will definitely be back a third time. The deck with its fabulous view is a great place to eat, relax and play cards. It’s central to many beaches and activities and the pool and hot tub area is lovely.

Excellent Getaway

The 6302 unit was perfect. With the ocean view and the noise from waves crashing, each morning and evening were pleasant and enjoyed to the fullest. While there is no AC, with the oceane breeze we did not miss the AC. We were out and about during the day so can’t comment on the stay during the day. The resort is very well kept. Would stay here again.

Great Property & Location

We loved the location of this property, both on the island and the beautiful grounds. The views from the balcony and the kitchen are amazing, and the grounds have a lot of places where you can sit and watch the coast.There is easy walking to Turtle Cove, Sea Lodge Beach, Hideaway Beach, and shorter drives to all the great beaches up north.The pools were great for our kids and the additional amenities were nice. We didn't end up using the food trucks but that was a nice option.The room itself had enough space for our family and gave us places to be together and also separate. I especially like the balcony off the master suite. We will definitely look at this property again the next time we visit.

Couldn’t have been better!

This was our first trip to Kauai, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We have stayed in many short term rentals and this was our favorite for so many reasons. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved hearing the waves crash below the cliff. It is centrally located in beautiful Princeville, which is close to great restaurants, Hanalei, and beautiful beaches. The grounds are amazing, with so much greenery. We used the pools and hot tubs everyday and really enjoyed them. The hale has everything we would ever need for our trip, including kitchenware, beach supplies, and even a first aid kit. We were thrilled to find a pineapple slicer as well! The bed and pillows were comfy as well as all the furniture. It also was relaxing to go out and sit on the chairs to watch the sunset, and there were picnic tables and grills available. We really enjoyed our trip, and would definitely stay here if we return to this amazing island.

Great Stay

We’ve stayed at various units at The Cliffs The views are phenomenal and the location is in the heart of Princeville. Charlene and Roger’s unit is no exception. Begin and end your day whale watching from the lanai, The unit has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and everything else you could want for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful unit - Great Location

Had a great stay here in Princeville. Unit had many useful amenities which made our stay enjoyable. Our hosts (Roger & Charlene) were very friendly and provided abundant information on the unit and the island. There were (4) of us in the unit and we had plenty of space to sleep, relax, cook, etc. Thanks for a great time in Kauai!

Lovely Condo

Lovely condo, with amazing views of the ocean, sunsets and sunrises. The condo is fully furnished and has equipment (boogie boards, chairs, etc.) to take to the beach, which we greatly enjoyed. Charlene and Roger are excellent at communicating, and they sent an email ahead of time with information about the condo, the resort and fun activities to consider booking ahead of time - this was very helpful!

Loved our stay (and the VIEW)!

My family loved our stay at Charlene and Roger's rental at the Cliffs in Princeville! It was perfect and we loved the views of the ocean right out the back patio! It was exactly what we expected based on the listing description and everything was in good order. We especially liked how there were boogie boards, beach chairs and some snorkel equipment and other beach toys available for our kids. Even I did some boogie boarding, haha! Our kids loved the relative privacy of the loft where they slept and the roosters kept us from sleeping in too late so we could hit the beaches!

We were happy with this unit and we enjoyed the location. Coming from Atlanta area, we were skeptical about the lack of air conditioning. Although, other than the initial shock upon arrival (windows and doors were closed, understandably), the room was very comfortable the entire week. No A/C was no issue at all for us. Speaking of location, short walk to Queens Bath and Turtle Cove. Also, Hanalei Bay area was our favorite and it’s just 10 minute drive. Owners were great and very responsive. I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful location

This condo located at the Cliffs has incredible views of the ocean right off the lanai. We enjoyed amazing sunrises and sunsets each night just steps from the condo. We also appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella for our days on the beach. I was a bit nervous about the heat given there is no AC. However there is great air flow and the ocean breezes kept it perfectly comfortable. Roger & Charlene were very responsive to any questions that we had prior to arrival. We will definitely try to book this property the next time we make it to Princeville! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot!

We had a lovely stay. This location in Princeville is quiet but the facilities are great- we grilled up fresh fish we bought in Hanalei, played tennis, used the fitness room and , I did laps in the pool (yes, we had a bit of rain so it was nice to have these things to do) The house is thoughtfully appointed with kitchen gear, boogie board's, even an umbrella. Charlene and Roger were fantastic hosts— the Vrbo reminder system for deposits malfunctioned and River reached out instead. So kind! Highly recommended.

Cliffs Condo

This is a very nice condo with a lovely view of the north shore. Everything was in good condition and kitchen was well supplied with cooking supplies. Roger ( owner) sent several messages before we arrived to pass along tips for things to do in the area, restaurant suggestions, etc. He even sent a photo of what supplies had been left behind by other guests to give us an idea of what we needed to buy for groceries. As it states in the listing, this is a one bedroom, with a loft. There's plenty of sleeping space, however the loft area is open to the main floor. There's a half wall, but if you need more privacy this may not appeal to you. The bathroom for this loft bedroom is on the main floor. If it wasn't for that, this would have been ideal. It was still pretty good! Princeville is on the North shore of Kauai so we did lots of driving as snorkeling and exploring beaches was high on our agenda. We loved our stay at this condo and in Kauai!!

Lovely stay at the Cliffs near Hanalei

The view of the ocean was spectacular with a gorgeous lawn in front of it. We really enjoyed watching the NeNe families and even saw an albatross! The roosters started loudly crowing about 4am which was annoying, but inevitable in Kauai. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the lanai with friends in the area. the activities Cliffs offered were really nice We especially enjoyed the music of Soulgood Family at the Art and Music Festival, and even traveled out to Opakapaka Grill and Bar to hear them again. The Mai Tai Party was fun. Parking was plentiful. The owners responded quickly when I reached out. It was a very pleasant stay for my husband, my in-laws, and me.
