After waiting outside for 15 minutes trying phone numbers (2nd one worked) I got a code for the front door. Once we got in, I had to download an app and create an account for the app to get my bluetooth key to get in. Not exactly the most convenient, unless all hotels do this and you are prepared. "The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay."
