酒店比較殘舊，但整體而言都尚算整潔，職員友善，令人住得舒服，但床及枕頭較硬，沒有羽絨枕及羽絨被供應。自助早餐及晚餐很好吃，雖然款式不多，但勝在夠傳統。另外交通方便，距離強羅站只有3分鐘步程，就算第一次去都唔驚搵唔到，方便至極。

Super cozy hotel in Gora

We loved this hotel but we love hostels too and this reminded me of a nice hostel. So comfortable and staff was extremely helpful and just nice! It's not fancy but super clean and we loved the breakfast. There were a few western options but it's fun to see what the rest of the world is eating at 7 o'clock in the morning!

Very conveniently located with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable beds! Bonus- it has a nice onsen that was a great place to go after all day activities. Needs a bit of updating/refreshing.

The location is the main plus. Very near restaurants and transport. At first we thought, there was a bad smell in the room, but then we realized that the whole town is in a volcanic area that smells of sulphur. The room was comfortable enough but unremarkable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to offer help and very polite. The buffet dinner is of very low price but offer lots of variety of food ans drinks. The hotel is located just next to the Gora station, easy to find, and there are also buses and shops near the hotel. Hotel is a bit old, but clean and with competitive price, highly recommend.

地理位置極方便又價格合理的旅館

離強羅站非常近是一大優點。雖然房間不算大，但地面有空間可以打開放平一個26寸行李箱已經足夠了。旁邊就是鐵道的關係，電車經過的聲音有點吵，如果是很重視寧靜度的人可能要考慮。晚餐跟早餐都是吃自助buffet，菜色還算豐富。以這樣的價格在箱根其實算是很推薦的旅館。
