「Excellent top floor apartment! Super comfortable beds, great location. Only drawback is dorm fridge didn’t have a freezer portion and decided to defrost itself the first night. Otherwise excellent stay and would stay again! Thank you!」

「I stayed at Tropical Retreat for 3 nights while I moved my son into college in San Luis Obispo. Scott was very welcoming and the portion of the home I had was clean, well organized and all faculties were high quality and worked as expected. If you're looking for an entire home, this is not that, but a private entrance, bedroom, bath and laundry room are available. I enjoyed my stay!」
