This is the one you have been waiting for! Bring your family, friends and furry one to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in on the Central Coast!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 8 with only being 3 miles from the beach you can't go wrong!!

Distances:
Grover Beach - 2 miles
Pismo Beach - 3 miles
San Luis Obispo - 15 miles

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath:

*Master bedroom w/ Queen, Two Twins, and en suite on upper level

*Two guest bedrooms and a shared bath on lower level

*Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6 and bar seating for 3
Air mattress w/ self pump available in master

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

We absolutely loved this property. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was clean, cozy, and so easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. I really appreciated the layout of the house—it made traveling with our pups easy and stress-free, and it was simple to keep everything clean. The hostess Megan was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. We will definitely be coming back!

The host was very welcoming and the house was as advertised. We had a comfortable stay and the fenced in yard worked great for our two small dogs. The home is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. We loved our stay!

If you have plans to explore the area and have pets, this is the place for you. While you won’t be walking distance to the beach you are very much centrally located in the Pismo Beach area. The home is spacious and works perfectly with pets. Our 2 Golden Retrievers loved the downstairs patio area and dog run. The kitchen is well equipped and having 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus. Go to dog friendly Fin’s Restaurant at the beach in Grover and be sure to walk all the way to Pismo Pier and back at Sunset. We also had great times at the Olde Port Dog Beach and the Moro Bay/Cayucus Dog beach. No leashes required. Enjoy!

The house and Megan was great. The house has been remodel with upgrades as described in the description. Megan's description of the property was accurate with more pleasant surprises. Appliances are newer. Megan made the check in and check out process easy. I liked how she used the last 4-digits of your phone number for the front door access. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and some day visitors who stopped by. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The house was stocked with starter packs of your basic needs (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.). It also had lots of bath towels and beach towels. I was surprised she also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also, no need to bring your along your beach wagon or boogie board. Those definitely helped used when we went to the beach. She even provided camping chairs. We didn't use the backyard or grill but there was one. The house location was perfect for us. Less than 2 miles away from Pismo Beach and 1 mile away from stores and restaurants. We'll definitely be staying again the next time we head to the central coast.

Fun with family!

Megan, our host was great! Communication with Megan is very clear and detailed. Our family of five had a wonderful fun stay! Everything was there ready for us. Neighborhood nice to take walks with our grandchildren. Great memories. Would recommend to anyone trying to just enjoy!

Grover Beach gem

This condo worked out so well for our stay. It was conveniently located for all our needs, very clean and comfortable, and quiet. The common area was spacious, as was the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were simply but thoughtfully furnished (had everything one might need without feeling cluttered). Very pleased overall!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

This was an amazing stay for our family! The home was clean, spacious, and had a very welcoming vibe. It’s pet-friendly, which made it even better for us, and just a quick 3-minute drive to the beach and downtown Pismo. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, great for kids and evening walks. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, just a great place to relax and enjoy time together—we’ll definitely be back!

Pismo clamming getaway

We came to Pismo to go clamming and had a great stay at the Hilltop Hideaway. There were four of us and we enjoyed the spacious house, the quiet neighborhood and the large private bedrooms. Very close to the beach without the noise and crowds. We cooked all of our meals, and the kitchen was fully outfitted with all of the cookware and utensils, etc. we needed. Checkin/ checkout were simple and Megan was extremely communicative throughout the process. We will definitely be back!
