Property is stunning and Jeff the property manager is so responsive, nice and accommodating. We enjoyed a very peaceful time in nature here.

Birthday Celebration at the Ranch House

The property is lovely with beautiful views of the hills. We were a party of 7 and were comfortable. The house is very nice...but requires some updating. The shower heads need to be replaced...both had very strong pressure but spout streams are probably clogged. The blinds in the den did not close. It took about 40 minutes to make 1 pot of coffee. The bath towel and toilet paper holders were loose and the shower glass had water stains that could've been cleaned. Again, the place is nice and cozy and accomodated our needs, just needs some minor repairs and TLC...especially for the price.

Incredible rental with stunning views!

My family and I had the best time at Windwood Ranch. The house is set up with everything you may need. It was stylish and cozy at the same time. We enjoyed the pool, the fire places, watching the sunset, and taking in nature. Speaking of nature, there were so many deer and bunnies, and we even saw a horned owl! We made great memories here and the property offers so much in the way of amenities. Playing Tennis in our pjs, and walking he nature trail made for fun times. The property is way bigger than you even realize until you actually go to explore. The best views are at the edge of the property at sunset with a glass of wine! We’ll certainly come back!

So happy we stayed at this property! The house is exactly as described in the listing, the kitchen had everything we needed, the views were lovely and communication was great! We had an issue with the ac and the owner came by within 10 minutes and fixed it immediately! Overall we had an amazing experience and would haopily recommend this home

Great property but dated

I booked this property because I wanted to experience the Paso robles country side. I definitely got my wish. The property is in a beautiful location in the mountains with spectacular views and sunsets there were also a lot of wild deer visiting daily which added to the ambiance. The pool was great although not heated, the 100+ degree days made for present afternoon swims. The house itself was very clean, spacious and generally well stocked. It is decorated in mid-century modern which is generally great but the kitchen was a bit dated and the oven didn’t work well even though we followed the hosts instructions. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the property tremendously and would recommend it to our friends as long they don’t bake…

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed this home. It was kid friendly and my small kids enjoyed walking around the property. We brought their scooters which they rode in the driveway. We also enjoyed playing tennis and went for a cold swim. Would highly recommend this property to friends and consider returning with a larger group (it was just 2 adults and 2 kids, so 2 of the bedrooms went unused).

The house and the setting are wonderful. Perfect for a multi-generational vacation. Beautiful views, perfect weather and the added treat of visiting wildlife. Relaxing at the pool and the house, there is plenty of room to have your own space. I would return.

AMAZING!!!!

This place is amazing! There aren’t words to describe how awesome this tucked away gem is. It has so much more than you could imagine. We want to make this a yearly vacation. The only biggest downfall is the communication with the owners. If there was better communication that would put this over the top on the ratings. I booked on 9/2 and sent multiple emails with no response. I left something at the house and emailed to see if they found it, no response. I want to book the entire property again next year with the extra houses, and wanted info on how to do that...no response. I had to actually call hone away to get them to contact them so I could get access into the house the day before. Other than that our family stay was incredible. There’s a dog on the property, which we later found out her name was Lady, and the entire family fell in love with her! My 4 year old nephew named her “Blu” and claimed her as his dog all weekend. So we’ll trained and friendly! I want to stay again and book now for next year so, please Jeff and Dina, respond back! :)

Family Getaway

Our family came up for our annual summer get together, and everyone was impressed with this property. There is something for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool table, tennis court, and swimming pool. The beds were so comfortable! The views and sunset are absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

One of the best vacation rentals in California!

My family rented the ranch house (and the Guest House) for a fantastic weekend in wine country. The pictures don't really explain how large and private this ranch is. There are so many amenities it felt like someone gave us an entire resort. Pools, tennis, outdoor dining areas, and the owners have a great sense of design / style. We will be back and will recommend this place to our friends. Plenty of room for groups, reunions, etc. If you stay, make sure to enjoy sunset time out by the "sunset pergola" the views and sunsets were stunning. Cass Winery just up the road has won best Central Coast Winery the past 3 years running. We joined their club and had a lovely lunch there.
