"Such a beautiful place to stay on the square. Walking trails are literally in the doorstep, dining options are plentiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. "
"Perfect location in Tuscany. The room was very nice, clean and had a completely new bathroom.
The welcoming atmosphere and the way the owners made us enjoy the stay was fantastic.
We can really reccomend the wine tasting as well. "
"This place was awesome.
I travel a lot and this place was just a hidden gem.
I am scared to give give it five stars because everyone will start discovering and I want to book for next fall or spring.
The breakfast was excellent. Only 8 rooms. Overlooks Florence. The hosts were so nice. The host recommend a restaurant for in a small Villiage the first night. The steak Florentino in the village blew the steak in Florence away.
We went for a quick weekend trip to watch MotoGP race. After...
"Amazing hosts, amazing location and amazing food. So glad we had the opportunity to stay with Alice and Daniele and would stay again in a heartbeat. Super dog friendly even with our silly pup. The breakfast and restaurant are top notch."
"The facilities were great, including access to the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Parking on site. Villa is a 10 minute drive to two lovely Tuscan towns (Greve and Panzano). Would stay here again - it was so atmospheric! "

"Villa Le Barone is an amazing property in the heart of Tuscany.
My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights in early August at Barone, and it was amazing from the moment we pulled through the century old gates which greet you upon arrival to the villa.
While the villa dates back sometime, it has all of the modern day amenities including; air conditioning, infinity pool, wine room, etc.
We enjoyed two amazing dinners on site, which includes an appetizer buffet each evening. The wait staff are extremely hospitable and knowledgeable of the food and wine. We ate on the outdoor patio both evenings and it was incredible both times. Thanks to the Chef!
Breakfast in the morning, also incredible and plentiful.
We had the opportunity to meet the owners during our stay, who were kind enough to let us pick a few tomatoes from their garden. In addition, we met their daughter and son-in-law, who were married in the nearby town. Nice to share a conversation with them.
All of the staff were wonderful. Thanks to all of the housekeepers, especially whomever helped to remove the stain from my girlfriend's white pants.
If you're look for breathe taking views of Tuscany, quiet surroundings, and an escape to what feels like a movie scene... This is it.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we will return.
Best,
Ken"

"Elena and her staff were excellent. They provided us with a welcome dinner which was great after our long trip in, as well as breakfast the next morning. Property is beautiful up in top of a hill overlooking the beautiful landscape. We had 9 people with more than enough room for all of us. Highly recommended!"

"Borgo del Cabreo is nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning, magical views of the Tuscan countryside—rolling hills, vineyards, and golden light that feels straight out of a painting.
The service was beyond excellent—warm, attentive, and truly personalized. The rooms were fabulous, blending luxury with authentic Tuscan charm, and the amenities exceeded all expectations. The gorgeous pool overlooks the vineyards, offering a peaceful, picture-perfect place to relax.
Strolling the lavender-lined paths, surrounded by vibrant flowers, felt like being in a fairytale. The breakfast on the panoramic patio each morning was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and paired with views that never get old. And of course, the Cabreo wine is sublime—we enjoyed every glass!
The location is ideal—close to charming restaurants, lovely shops, and warm, welcoming locals. The taxi service was prompt and helpful, making it easy to explore nearby villages and return to the quiet luxury of the resort.
We left already planning our return. Borgo del Cabreo isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience you’ll never forget."
"A highlight during an already excellent vacation!! The service and amenities were top notch. Breakfast was delicious, wine tasting impeccable, and dinner scrumptious. The infinity pool was quiet and so relaxing to spend the day by!!! Could not recommend more highly. Easy to get to by car. Do yourself a favor and book!"
UNIQUE LARGE TERRACE WITH VIEWS TO CHAINTI VALLEY AND DRINK
10/10 Excellent
"This is truly a unique and special property providing incredible value . One of the most beautiful views in a spectacular setting hidden away in the Tuscan hills above Panzano. A perfect location for day trips to vinyards, restaurants and the Chianti area. Our apartment was extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated. Spacious and varied outdoor sitting areas and patios with a very nice pool area. Our hostess Babette was extremely accomodating and informative which added to our overall enjoyment during our stay. Truly a 5 star property and one of the best we have ever stayed at anywhere."
Medieval Castle 15 km from Florence, in the heart of "Chianti Classico" region
10/10 Excellent
"The kitchen was well equipped, had a big stove, 3 sinks, plenty of dishes, a separate coffee area with another huge sink. The castle gave each couple plenty of room for privacy and yet had space to gather, talk, play games....it is very spacious. It was hard to pick where to meet up because everywhere was so nice. As a family of 18 the big dining room worked perfectly for us. I loved setting the long table, cooking dinner and looking down the table with the family all so happy. The pool was wonderful although it was not real close it was fun. It was hard to leave the castle! "

We went for a quick weekend trip to watch MotoGP race. After staying here I will come back to just spend a relaxing week there in solitude.
It was EXCELLENT. But please don’t book it when I want to go back.
