「Staff was wonderful. We arrived late and had a difficult time finding the right road to the property. Fabio was in contact with us the entire time and had to rescue us after we got lost. Thank you. Had a wonderful meal at the restaurant and breakfast the next day was exceptional. The room was very nice and clean. The wine tour was great and enjoyed the tasting. Stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more. Highly recommended.」

「Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff.」

「Desde el inicio de mi llegada, todo fue mal. Las personas a cargo no son amables, no les interesa atender bien a los clientes. Este hotel no debería estar en Expedía. Tuve que cambiarme a Social Hub y fue como llegar del infierno al cielo. Es la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido en mi vida. Muy desagradable en todos los aspectos. Y además no me reembolsaron mi pago y me hicieron pagar 2 botellas de agua. Horrible lugar y las personas que lo atienden son nefastas. 」

「Very cozy place for my one night stay in the Tuscany Countryside. Room is clean the tidy, pool looks amazing but weather was too chilly to use on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. P.S. the cat is cute and friendly 」
