「The location is great, the beds were ok, but the dishes and floors were dirty. We had to wash the dishes prior to using it. The freezer was frozen solid with ice, not much place to store anything. The wifi did not work. Only one real window. The place had a really bad odor of perfum that we just couldn't get rid of. Overall, not a great experience.」

「We had a good time in this apartment. The only issue we had is that we were traveling by car and the only parking available was pretty far away.」

「Everything from booking to checking out was excellent!! The apartment is huge with huge bedrooms!! It was super clean. The photos are exactly what was posted but even better in person. The bedrooms all had their own TV’s. Three beautiful bathrooms and a great big kitchen with tons of housewares if you are cooking. The location is excellent with walking to all of the sites to see, tons of restaurants and down the street to the campo square. Easy to book and meet up for all your winery, history...

「On the positive, the location is very good, near restaurants and the piazza. On the negative, contact with the host was sporadic and slow. There was painting going on in the building of which we were not advised, and which made it difficult at times to move through the halls and stairwells. The temperature cannot be controlled in the unit and it was cold, after I complained I was told the temperature was increased but the thermostat was unchanged and it remained cold (I am from a fairly cold...
