「We had an amazing time in Siena, Paolo was so wonderful. He was a very prompt and clear communicator who went out of his way to be helpful when we were looking to store our luggage for the day before checking in. The apartment itself was comfortable and the location was excellent; we could pop down the stairs and be right in the middle of bustling Siena but the apartment wasn’t noisy and we were able to get quiet and restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again!」

Alessandro picked us up from the train station, and when we could not find a taxi for our departure, he came and picked us up and took us back to the train station! 「We stayed in this apartment in Oct2023. Overall our stay there was good. The front of the apartment is on a busy street on the 4th floor. The website shows beautiful views which are from the balconies from the front of the apartment. The views were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, including helping us with taxis and restaurants. 「This was a great place to stay. Not sure we had to walk much more than 10 minutes to get to all the sites we visited. Keep in mind the info that states there isn’t an elevator. The climb is definitely worth it but not if you have difficulty with stairs. Paolo was a wonderful host, communicated quickly and had good recommendations. Would gladly stay here again!!」

Parking is very poor in Siena, as it is in old cities all around the globe but if you follow instructions given by the hosts infomail upfront its even possible to find a solution which is ok.」
