The nearby village of Lecchi, with the excellent Ristorante Malborghetto and a small grocery shop, is less than three kilometres away. Radda in Chianti, with restaurants, shops and a supermarket, can be reached in ten minutes by car. Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and Arezzo are also within easy reach for day trips.
The house is set in a quiet countryside location and spreads across three floors. Spacious rooms and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces create a light, open atmosphere.
