This place is stunning, the staff is friendly & helpful and it was easy to get into Florence via car to a tram with easy instructions from their team. The view from the salted pool is especially gorgeous. A gorgeous Tuscan oasis I highly recommend.

This property was absolutely amazing in a breathtaking part of Tuscany. It felt like old world charm with all necessary modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautifully maintained. At times we felt like we were in our own private Tuscan villa. The swimming pools were well maintained and both had views of the gardens and/or Tuscan countryside. The on-site restaurant was outstanding, with excellent and friendly staff serving local specialties prepared on site. We would absolutely return here.

Perfect little spot

The grounds of this place are amazing! The room was nothing special but served it’s purpose for a clean space to take a shower and sleep overnight. The restaurant serves some of the best pasta I’ve had in Italy. The pool and hot tub were perfect for an afternoon after visiting the city.

An amazing stay overall! Other than the spotty wifi that might had to do with where our room was located, the property is a lovely getaway from busy city life, and the restaurant served wonderful breakfast and dinner options. I especially want to shout out to the staff who have been very kind throughout our entire stay. On the day we arrived, it started pouring rain and our car wasn't able to make it up the driveway due to the back wheels slipping on the gravel. The staff not only gave me an umbrella and tried out the car with me to figure out the problem, but offered to drive the car back to a parking spot once the rain had stopped and walked me back to the room to keep me shielded from the rain. Additionally, when I accidentally left my car lights on and the car was parked at a parking spot further away from the main property, one of the staff drove me out there on their cart because it was dark out. It's been a while since I felt sincerity from any property staff so this made our trip just that much better.

The location is great and the rooms are good. It is time to refurbish the shower. The layout of the bathroom is not optimal. Good breakfast and Florence can easily be reached.

This place is amazing, with that being said, service needs a big improvement, not sure it it was because it was off season, but we had the hardest time to get anyone to check us in, staff kept walking by and ignoring us, throughout the whole stay I felt like I was bothering the staff that was walking around by just being there, constant bad looks towards us, while we walked around, the “hotel’ itself it amazing, you’ll love it, rooms were great, amazing views, restaurant food was great and breakfast, the service and willingness to help was the only let down for me. Front desk was nice once you got them to stop and notice you, honestly I don’t think I’d stay here again.

The property is quaint and the views are incredible. The main pool area is relaxing and very well kept. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed dinner at the onsite restaurant. The room was cute, but not as expected. I reserved a room with a terrace, which i did not receive. The front desk did not give us the air conditioner controller at check in and our room was next to the restaurant kitchen - it was incredibly noisy until about 11:30 pm and so warm, making it difficult to sleep. The front desk closes at 7 pm so we were not able to address any of this that evening. We received the AC controller the next morning and the restaurant was closed, so we decided not to make an issue of it because everything else was really great.

Dans la campagne de Toscane

L'établissement n'est pas facile à trouver si l'on ne suit pas son GPS car isolé dans la campagne de Toscane mais c'est une garantie de calme et de profiter d'un environnement paisible. On peut profiter des vallons entourant la ferme. La chambre est correcte et équipée d'un petit réfrigérateur. Pour ceux qui le souhaite, l'établissement peut proposer la demie-pension. Pour le petit-déjeuner, un oeu sur notre fin (et faim) car le choix de produit est limité tant dans les différents type que les quantités (attention lors de l'arrivée en nombre de résidents de la structure)

Quarto muito antigo, cobre leito sujo. Quarto pequeno e abafado. Banheiro mínimo. Quando chegamos a agua do banheiro não esquentava, precisamos chamar um responsåvel para fazer funcionar. Os funcionårios do restaurante não são muito gentis, porém a comida é boa. Café da manhã excelente. Não usamos a piscina. O visual é muito bonito, mas o quarto é bem ruim.
