"The building is not clean, the carpet is very vey dirty. The floor smells very bad. I been sick since I come home"

"Breakfast is great the 530 happy hour food leaves a lot to be desired and even though you get two drink tickets per person they’re pretty watered down but all in all it’s a beautiful hotel beds are very comfortable. Staff is very very nice. Nice"

"Rooms are definitely outdated, but for the price in Miami, they are just about right. Room was nice and cold when I arrived. Lobby was packed with people either waiting to check in or waiting for a shuttle. The poor reception women were super busy. Restaurant attached was very good. Also super busy but did not wait very long for food as I sat at the bar. Pool looked nice but I did not use it. Only thing that was really a bummer was the fact there was no elevator or someone to help carry luggage up to 2nd floor. I must have missed that little bit of info prior to booking this motel. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and need surgery in the other shoulder so this was EXTREMELY inconvenient. "

"This hotel appears nice on the website but once there it is not clean. The pool chairs and table were dirty and disgusting. The final straw was when I went to pull down the bed and found bugs!! I checked out immediately. Gross"
