「Last minute booking and staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked if we can leave our car after check out the next day as would like to explore the city and they actually allow us to do so which is unusual normally after checking out. Breakfast was nice apart from toast wasn’t warm enough but overall good experience. Room was clean and beyond my expectations in terms of what they provided. Good value and good location.」

「On arrival Expedia booking which I paid in advance was declined but I wasn't informed so tried to pay with amex , but they wouldn't accept it. So had to pay on alternative card. The small kettle had a very small cable which was not detachable and was a stretch to get to a socket which I subsequently burnt my hand on trying to pour a drink. No hot food in the hotel incl evening meals and sparse continental breakfast was poor」
